    Love Dr Seid....takes his time, is thorough & explains everything. He has an amazing bedside manner and is hilarious. Believe me, I never liked going to dentist but Dr Seid ensures you feel no pain. He instinctly knows how you feel, if you may need something moved around while he's working on your teeth, etc! Thats a PRO. Love him so much & have been going to him for years. Also, the front desk receptionists (Cindy & team) are all so great at working with me on scheduling. Love y'all. James (office mgr) is OG the real deal holyfield & works so hard on helping with payment plans etc. James never turns a patient away who's in pain (even with no appt). I see how he works, he has an amazing work ethic, and so professional. Thank you !!!

    Nobody is a fan of the dentist (sorry, it’s true!), but ProHEALTH Riverside makes the experience as enjoyable as possible. All of the receptionists are so kind and fun, and my dental hygienist Jada was both gentle and thorough, which I didn’t think was possible. I’ve been going here for years, and even though I moved out of Hoboken in 2021, I still drive here from JC because of the professionalism of this office and Dr. Aggarwal. I highly, highly recommend!

    I took my then- 12 year old daughter for a consult with Dr. Valauri after being displeased, disgruntled or disregarded by other prosthodontists. My daughter has hypodontia (congenitally missing teeth) and we needed a prothosdontist who could collaborate with her orthodontist on the most effective treatment plan to give her a functional and aesthetically pleasing smile. Dr. V is patient, skilled and very nice! My daughter is now 14 and she has a beautiful and fully functioning smile. We couldn't be happier with Dr. V or his staff.

I also like that all the procedures are performed there. I don't have to go to an oral surgeon or periodontist etc.. They come there. Also no pain!! They make sure that you have a comfortable visit.

    The staff was welcoming snd friendly. The office had plenty of parking and was clean. I liked that I wasn't pushed into getting work done that day and they referred me to a person in their office to go over my options in my insurance plan and how it would be converted and what my out of pocket cost would be. They also submitted my bill directly to my insurance and if there is a balance they will send me a bill.

    The office staff was amazing! Stephanie was assigned to both me and my husband and I don't know where to begin in telling you she is the most amazing dental hygienist I have ever seen. In comparison to our last dental office, ProHealth Dental treats their patients with VIP care. Both Stephanie and the doctor thoroughly explain the process of what needs to be done and what is being done. For the first time in my life, I did not have to take a Tylenol after cleaning and did not feel as if my mouth was butchered or made feel as if just another body sitting in a chair. They truly care for their patients and it shows! I can't wait for my next dental visit.

    Great staff. Terrific dental hygienist. I just walked into seeing about maybe making a future appointment. The receptionist walked me through how to determine if I had dental insurance coverage. As I was leaving, she asked if I wanted an appointment even that day, just 1 hour later. The dental hygienist was friendly and very thorough. She identified a cavity clinically and radiographically. Together, she and the dentist came to an agreed-upon management approach. She essentially functioned as a dentist. The dentist was also quite good. I got a follow-up appointment in a very good timeframe. Overall, a great experience.

    Very nice office! Friendly and professional employees. My 8-year-old daughter goes there and loves the staff. Since I was very unsatisfied with my dentist, I decided to switch to proHealth dental. The staff was lovely. Unlike the previous office I used to go to, they took time to explain and made recommendations. At check out they gave me an estimate of my out-of-pocket expenses for the next 3 scheduled visits based on work needed, which was a major reason I left my former dentist. Not the typical dental office that hires a couple of teenagers to cut cost and put them at the reception ready with an attitude. Those are trained professionals. They were knowledgeable and very aware of the procedures. They went through the next 3 visits even after the Doctor and the hygienist had gone through it with me in the exam room. Conveniently the office is across the street from my job. I would recommend ProHealth Dental to my co-workers.

I didn't even feel the two numbing shots that I had to receive. Literally didn't feel them at all. The staff was also friendly and kind. I live all the way in the Bronx and I've decided to make this my and my daughter's primary dental office. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Dr. Weinstein was also very friendly, very honest with his opinions on possible interventions and findings, and explained his clinical judgment based on the imaging.     I had to share my experience with Pro Health Dental in New Hyde Park. Let’s be honest, no one likes having to get work done on their teeth, but when it has to get done, there’s no better place. What I love is that from the minute you walk through the doors, you feel welcome. The staff is friendly and caring, and that’s just the front end. I actually look forward to having my cleanings done by Paula. She is incredibly thorough and conscientious. I recently had to have my crown replaced and a cavity filled. Dr. Valauri and his assistant, Rebecca were amazing. Dr. Valauri walked me though the entire process and Rebecca made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I also bring my three children here. We love our pediatric dentist, Dr. Lebovic and couldn’t be happier! I took the time to write this because I often feel that so many places are lacking in great customer care.     I was referred to Dr. Caiafa by a co-worker. Although I live in Manhattan it was worth the effort to go to his office in Astoria. I had a slight pain in my mouth and Dr. Caiafa had me go through a series of exams including a 3D X-ray. They found that the pain was caused by a fractured tooth. With the help of a deep cleaning from the periodontist Dr. Iyman and the use of a laser, they were able to help alleviate the pain and gave me special instructions in order to help prevent any other type of dental disease. I highly recommend ProHeath Dental and they helped with my insurance situation. Dr. Caiafa was hands-on explained every procedure and what needs to be done and the office was clean and everyone was very professional from the lady at the desk to the assistants in the back. They are very popular and the doctors are in high demand and I had to wait about 10 minutes. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this office.

    Everyone is so professional, kind, and friendly! And the office is very upscale with very modern and innovative dental equipment. Yet they still have that we're all Family dental office feel. They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

    I would highly recommend this office for any dental work I was a patient in another office that sent me here for a second opinion. ( Excellent ) I stayed and had my mouth work done. If you need a Periodontics Dr. Neil Karnofsky Is the doctor to see. Dr. Karnofsky is very kind, personable, and explains What work you need and how he’ll do it. He eases your worries when it comes to dental work and will stop if you're having any pain. Dr. Bruce Valauria he’s prosthodontics, I can't say enough good things, he’s a caring and professional he-makes you feel comfortable at your visits by explaining what he’s doing. I’m glad he’s my doctor and I’m very happy with his work. What also helps with going to a dentist is the staff that greets you when you're at the front desk with excellent customer service.     The best. Dr. Caiafa is truly the best dentist in Astoria. And has been for years. Was having a major dental procedure last month and he insisted I take a car service home when he found out I didn't have anyone to take me home. His staff arranged a car for me and he insisted on paying for it. Just a genuinely nice person who has always gone the extra mile for myself and family. Will always send family and friends to his office. Since he merged his office with Prohealth/Mt Sinai the specialists they have with them now are great also!

    “ProHealth Astoria is a 10 STARS!!!!!”
    was given the advice that if I needed a dentist in Astoria that this was the place to go. I just moved from Los Angeles a couple of months ago and really did not have a clue as to where to find a dentist. A roomate of mine said that they treat many patients in the screen actors guild to which I belong and the results of their work are incredible. I have seen the work that they do in this office firsthand and the cosmetic dentisrty is great. I chipped my front tooth and had an acting role the following day-they squeezed me in so that Dr Seid could see me ASAP. He actually stayed late to see me and we did not finish up until 10PM. He was really cool about it and was just happy to help me. I went back about 2 weeks later and got a really great cleaning from their hygienist Frank- and Dr Park did my exam. She was very thorough and explained in great detail all of the work that I will eventually need. Once I get the time I will be returning to complete my treatment plan. Their office manager James broke everything down for me and has set up a VERY manageable payment plan so I can get all my work done in a timely manner. Every thing about this place is really first class. ProHealth Astoria is a 10 STARS!!!!!

    My family is happy to be patients of Dr Park at her new office in Astoria. The Prohealth is very good. She moved there about 2 years ago. The services they offer have increased since she is in this new office and all the specialists are under one roof. My wife saw the oral surgeon there and is very happy.
