Lake Success, NY—February 25, 2020—ProHEALTH Dental is expanding its medical/dental integration model through a Clinical Affiliation Agreement with CareMount Medical, P.C., the largest independent multi-specialty medical group in New York State, providing comprehensive medical care to over 665,000 patients in more than 45 offices throughout Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Columbia, and Ulster counties and New York City.
Through this affiliation, CareMount Medical physicians and ProHEALTH Dental dentists will collaborate on coordinated care and patient education programs to improve the overall health and wellness of their patients. ProHEALTH Dental’s state-of-the-art dental offices will provide a full range of general and specialty services to patients of all ages, with dedicated amenities for children and adolescents.
The planned 2020 dental facilities under this affiliation will operate as “CareMount Dental” and will be located throughout CareMount’s practice area.

As with the other clinical affiliations, CareMount and ProHEALTH Dental remain separate legal entities that are solely responsible for the care of their patients. Through this clinical affiliation model, ProHEALTH Dental currently operates eleven (11) offices, with another ten (10) under development.
