It has been an exciting month here in Long Island City as we transitioned into our brand new office. Our Hunter’s Point Dental patients are nicely situated in their new surroundings right down the block and it has been great meeting many new patients from the community. If you haven’t already, please stop by and visit our new location! We would be more than happy to have you tour the office and meet our staff, and your children can check out our kid-friendly waiting area and treatment rooms to help them become more comfortable visiting the dentist. I am also pleased to announce that our new Pediatric Dentist, Dr. Abby Brecher, has joined our team and is looking forward to taking care of all of your children’s oral health needs.
As a member of the Mount Sinai Faculty, I am ecstatic that we are affiliated with the Mount Sinai Health System. We are working together to educate Long Island City about the importance of oral health and its benefits. Our mission to integrate dental and medical care is to help reduce the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and even some cancers. Many people are unaware of the documented link between oral health and overall health and we strive to impart that knowledge to our patients. Our fantastic team is eager to address these important health issues while providing the highest quality and specialty dental services.
