Mitchell Forman, DDS, practices general dentistry at our ProHEALTH Dental Bay Shore location. With over three decades of experience in the dental field, he has become a trusted figure in his field. For Dr. Forman, the most rewarding aspect of his profession is the opportunity to make people smile and improve their overall well-being through dentistry.

Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Farleigh Dickinson University, he laid a strong foundation for his career in dentistry. Dr. Forman further honed his skills at the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Forman enjoys spending quality time with his family and cheering for his favorite baseball team, the Mets. His dedication to his profession and personal interests reflect his commitment to excellence both in and out of the dental office.
